Hi,
I received a message from the Mailsytem informing me that the club Eintracht Eisenfuss need me as their manager. So, I am applying to take over Eintracht Eisenfuss.

Hello,
You can submit your application yourself in the game in the "Club" menu, then "Application" under "Searching clubs (application possible)". There you will currently only find Eintracht Eisenfuß.

First of all thanks for answering my message.
I have already applied to take over Eintracht Eisenfuß, but I am still waiting to take over the team.
Under 'active application' I have this note 'You are currently applying for Eintracht Eisenfuß'. Then there is a box with the words 'withdraw application'.
